The musical scores of 93 instrumental pieces are presented by Pirro Miso, one of the leading ethnomusicologists of Albania.The pieces are ordered by the muscial instruments and range from a simple melody for gjeth (leaf) to Delvino for a modern folk orchestra. many of them are dance melodies like the Valle e Gajdës and Sota.
Some pieces are titled just "melodi", others have specific melody names like "Dollapçe". The period in which these scores were recorded range from the early 50's to the late 80's and are from all corners of Albania, including Kosovo. All scores come with the origin, year of recording, and musician.
